We here at Fantasy Art Workshop want to make your experience at ii2018 the best it can be. With that in mind, we’d like to ask you some questions that will help us better understand your needs and help us plan accordingly.

Please answer as many questions as you feel comfortable answering (Some are required). Fantasy Art Workshop is an inclusive group, and we use the questions only to improve the event for all guests.

If arriving by air travel, please supply your arrival date, time, airline, and flight number. We will try very hard to pick you up from the airport if scheduling allows. If not, taxi service is available.
